Apple Crisp...

Thursday night we had friends over to eat Apple Crisp.

Here's the recipe:

sliced tart apples
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Cover bottom of baking dish with siced tart apples. Add water, then cover with blended butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. May be served hot or cold, with or without cream.

We serve it with ice cream.
