Middle School to Offer Contraceptives
I find it shocking that school officials think it's okay to give birth control to 11 year olds. And I find it horrifying that they would do so without informing the child's parents.
Education and decisions pertaining to sexual matters should rest solely with parents. By now it should be obvious that the school's version of sex-ed just isn't working.
