2 lbs and Counting...

I met my goal of working out 5 times last week. It was exhausting, but worth it. I am down 2 lbs. Only 27 to go!

Here's our little gym. It takes up one side of our 2-car garage.



While I work out, the kids ride horses to "Chiney"...

Or draw, color or paint...

Or blow bubbles:


They also ride scooters, race matchbox cars or play with blocks.

I try to work out before everyone wakes up, but on days when I just can't get up, I take them out with me and try to plan at least one thing for them to do. If they don't want to do what I've planned, they have to find something to do on their own without turning on the TV, running back into the house for more toys or sitting around pouting.
