Country Living...

Once a week I take my kids to run around with my cousins in the country. When I meet people who feel sorry for Drew because we won't let him go to school, I always think, "My child is catching bugs, swinging from ropes, climbing trees and splashing in mud puddles while yours is sitting at a desk and you feel sorry for my child?"

It reminds me of a true story of two girls who'd known each other in preschool and met up a few years later. The girl who went to public school says, "At REAL school you get to go to recess..." To which the homeschooled girl replied, "At home school we have recess ALL DAY!"
